Experts discussed the main institutional and governance challenges of the process of construction of the Caribbean Region, including the Metropolitan Corridor of the three main districts of the Caribbean Coast, and the institutional arrangements that could support the project of Regional Ecoefficiency, Human Security and Adaptation to Climate Change.
