The United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD) and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), the Government of Japan will co-organize the International Workshop on Quality Road Infrastructure Development at the United Nations University, in Tokyo, Japan, from 25 to 27 February 2026. The workshop will convene high-level government officials from the Asia-Pacific region and beyond, and will focus on advanced technologies for developing sustainable and resilient road networks under the era of climate change and aging.
