Relationship with the Division for Sustainable Development Goals (DSDG) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN/DESA)

The United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD) is administered by the Division for Sustainable Development Goals (DSDG) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN/DESA).

UNCRD Organizational Structure

UNCRD has set up teams for each programme and project and the teams are: the Environmentally Sustainable Transport (EST) team; the 3R/Circular Economy team; the High-level Experts and Leaders Panel on Water and Disasters (HELP) team; the Integrated Regional Development Planning (IRDP)/Localized SDGs team; the Smart City team; and the Administration. Each staff member is involved in cross-sectional projects in a collaborative system.
