In support of Rio+20, the United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD) has made Voluntary Commitments in four areas: Environmentally Sustainable Transport (EST); 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle); International Partnership for Expanding Waste Management Services of Local Authorities (IPLA); and Regional Development.
