UNCRD-UNDESA Side Event at the 2025 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) (15 July 2025, New York)

The United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD)-United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), the Permanent Mission of Maldives to the UN, the Permanent Mission of the Philippines to the UN, and the Permanent Mission of Japan to the UN and UN-Habitat, with the support of the Ministry of the Environment of Japan and the All Party Parliamentary Group Malaysia (APPGM), will co-organize the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) 2025 Side Event on 15 July 2025 at the UN Headquarters in New York.

The event will focus on 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle), Circular Economy, and Sustainable and Resilient Coastal and Marine Ecosystems, and SDG 14 (Life Below Water), offering an opportunity for valuable discussion and collaboration in 3R and circular economy areas.
